Ortopad from Trusetal is an eye patch specifically designed for occlusion therapy in children with amblyopia (lazy eye) or strabismus (crossed eyes). This patch is used to cover the healthy eye, thereby forcing the weaker eye to work harder and improve its vision.

Ortopad is usually made from hypoallergenic materials to avoid skin irritation, and it has good adhesive properties while remaining comfortable to wear. Some variants also feature appealing designs, like patterns or images that children enjoy, making them more willing to wear the patch.
