Lasik Eye Model

The LASIK Eye Model is made of hard, durable plastic and measures 5.75 inches in diameter. It is realistically colored and textured, and is designed primarily for patient education in LASIK surgery.

Many patients find current explanations about LASIK surgery difficult to follow and may be apprehensive about procedures they don't understand. This unique model of the human eye allows the doctor or technician to quickly and completely familiarize the patient with this procedure.

The model provides the opportunity to demonstrate the surgical effect on the focal length of the eye and how acuity is improved through surgery.
